Important Update on the Enrollment Profile Page

When students enter their APAAR ID, the system will now verify the Name, Date of Birth, and Gender against the APAAR database.
If the details do not match, the system will display an alert message informing the candidate that their information should match their APAAR details to do the credit transfer. Please note that enrollment will not be blocked — this is only an alert to prompt candidates to correct their information if needed.

✅ Important Notice – Admit Card (Back/Debarred Exam May 2026)

Dear Students,
Admit cards for the Odd Semester Back/Debarred Exams (May 2026) are now available.

📌 Kindly note:
* Download your admit card from ERP
* Exams are starting from 01 June 2026
* Check your Debarred/Clear status carefully on the admit card

⚠️ Please ensure all details are correct to avoid any issues.

Question:
Will the university buses be available for back examination students from 1 June? If yes, kindly share the bus timings and pickup details as well.

Answer:
As of now, no new update has been received regarding the bus schedule. Therefore, students are advised to follow the previously shared bus schedule.

If any update is received from the Transport Department or the University Administration, it will be communicated to you accordingly.

Question. Sir, where can I check my seating arrangement for the Back Paper Examination?

Ans. The seating plan will be displayed outside the Exam Cell on the day of the examination. Students are advised to arrive at the University at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam to check their seating arrangement conveniently.

Please note: The seating plan for this Back Paper Examination will not be shared separately through WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other platform.

India Post Facility on Campus

India Post has set up a facility camp on campus. Students, faculty, and staff can avail services like savings schemes, postal/logistics, parcel handling, etc.
Visit the camp near the Library, GEU, and make use of the services.
