Dear Students,
Please find the final Debarred list uploaded on the ERP.
Your admit cards will be generated accordingly.

Kindly note that this debarred list is specifically for theory exams.
A separate debarred list for practical exams will be provided later.

DEAR STUDENTS,
As you all know, the End Semester Theory Examinations, Dec-Jan, 2024-25 of B.Tech First Semester will commence on 16th Dec. 2024.

Kindly follow the instructions strictly given below:

1. ⏰Ensure to reach the Examination Hall at least "15 minutes" before the scheduled time.

2. πŸ‘‰Ensure to carry the "Admit Card" & "Identity Card" during examinations.
    πŸ–¨οΈ HINT: You may download your "Admit Card" from your ERP portal, take the printout, and keep it with you.

Important in examination hall-
3. "Re-check" all the entries on the first page of the "Answer Script."

4. Ensure to carry at least "Two Pens" in working condition.

5. Ensure to come in uniform during examinations.

6. Ensure to complete your examination in the provided answer script. Extra answer sheets will "Not be Provided" to the student.

7. Go through the "Final Examination Schedule" to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the dates of Examinations.
HINT: The schedule is also available on the University website under the Student area on the Exam Portal.

8. πŸ“΅Avoid bringing your πŸŽ’βŒšπŸ“±"Bags, Digital Watch & Mobiles" during Examinations.
❗IMPORTANT: Only You will be responsible for losing your "Bag, Digital Watch & Mobile."

HINT: πŸŽ’βŒšπŸ“±Please ensure not to carry these things to the University on the examination day.

This is to inform you that there has been a modification in the schedule for your end-semester Practical Examination.

The Practical Examination for the subject Computer Lab-I (PCS 151) will ended by 8th January 2025.

You are advised to prepare accordingly.
This is for your information.

Dear Students,
This is to inform those who have prepared their affidavits for "cyber security and adherence to university rules & regulations" were made on or before October 1, 2024, will have the opportunity to get their affidavits checked at the B.Tech First Year office. (if they are in the correct format, those students will receive a refund of Rs. 125 after verification)

Please take note of the following deadlines for submission:
1. Before submitting your affidavit to the office, please write your Name, Section, Class Roll Number, and Student ID in the top right corner of the affidavit for proper identification.

2. Chemistry Group Students ( A1 to K1 Section ): You are required to submit your affidavits on 26th December 2024.

3. Physics Group Students ( A2 to K2 Section ): You are required to submit your affidavits on 28th December 2024.

Important: No affidavits will be accepted or entertained before or after the mentioned dates.
